Seasons in the Sun :)

From whence I came, I shall return

In distant memories, I hope to burn

For what better way to leave a legacy

What more proof of one’s own efficacy

Than to live forever remembered

By those you love, to whom you surrendered

A life worth living is full of trust

Emotions that rage and embrace are a must

Good friends, hard times, those ups and downs

People of all colors, shapes and frowns

Those that challenge, those that bring joy

And those that disparage, those that annoy

For on this bumpy track we call life

How boring if we lived without strife

In order to truly savor the sweet

We must with distaste occasionally meet

Those bitter spices that help us discover

The true strengths and weaknesses of each other

One day I lean on you, a little too much

The next I am there for you, for friendship is such

So take comfort and know this comes from the heart

Over seasons and lifetimes true friends do not part.

Friends recognize deficiencies in our life. They challenge us to embrace and succeed in making these healthy, life-giving changes. Friends play an important role in a person’s life. They encourage when one is sad, they entertain when one is lonesome, and they listen when one has problems. There are varieties of friends, co-workers, social workers, schoolmates, and much more. Each type of friends is helpful in one way or the other.

The way of the leaving the life is become some time different for us that is for just because of our right kind of the choice that we made often wrong while choosing that. Hope we will get better as you write about that one.

You are so good at poetry! Keep on writing, please. You are very talented.

Rula Zein-Iddin has her own style in writing a poem. It's obvious that it came from the bottom of her heart. How I wish I can write as effective as she can. As of the moment, one of the greatest frustrations that I have is to write a very good poem. By the way, I love the simplicity and the substance of this piece. I fell in love the first time I've read it. I really admire you for this!
